What to do if I cannot write on Write Me app?

We got some emails to report us that they cannot write on Write Me app. Sometimes this occurs because our app is a bug at that part and sometimes doesn't.

 

Every time that our customers email to report us problems in the apps, we will check if the problems persist on our lasted app version. In case that the problems persist, we will send the reports to our developer team to fix them.

 

In case that, it is not a bug, we will suggest our customers check the attached video(our team will record on the video their phone at the same part that our customers found the issue) and try to write the character again follow animation at a slower pace.
