How to fix audio issues in Ling?

Ling is a language learning app that helps you learn new languages through fun and interactive exercises. One of the features of Ling-app is that you can listen to native speakers and practice your pronunciation. However, sometimes you might encounter audio issues that prevent you from hearing the sound from the app. Here are some possible causes and solutions for this problem.
 
Cause 1: Your device’s volume is muted or too low.
  • Solution: Check your device’s volume settings and make sure it is not muted or too low. You can adjust the volume by using the buttons on the side of your device or by swiping down from the top of the screen and tapping the volume icon.
Cause 2: Your device’s sound mode is silent or do not disturb.
  • Solution: Check your device’s sound mode and make sure it is not set to silent or do not disturb. You can change the sound mode by swiping down from the top of the screen and tapping the sound icon. You can also go to your device’s settings and look for sound or notification options.
Cause 3: Your device’s speaker or headphone jack is damaged or dirty.
  • Solution: Check your device’s speaker or headphone jack and make sure it is not damaged or dirty. You can try cleaning it with a soft cloth or a cotton swab. You can also try using a different pair of headphones or speakers to see if the problem persists.
Cause 4: Your app’s audio settings are disabled or incorrect.
