I can't access my Pro account. How can I fix it?

We know that it can be very frustrating when one day, you suddenly realize that you can't access your Ling Pro account.

There's probably a lot going through your head, like, "Was my subscription lost?"

But don't worry! Your subscription details are attached to your registered account in Ling and Google / Apple.  

If you can't access your Ling Pro account even though you've logged in with the same account you purchased Ling with, please contact support@ling-app.com and give us the following information:

  1. Whether you subscribed to Ling via the Google Play Store or on Ling Web, please provide us the email that you registered and subscribed to Ling with (if they're different email addresses, please provide both) 
  2. If you subscribed to Ling via the Apple App Store, please send us a screenshot of your subscription, the purchase receipt, and the email you registered in Ling. Kindly note that we are not authorized to manage users' subscriptions or payments on App Store. This is managed solely by Apple to protect customer privacy and security. However, we can verify your payment and reactivate access to your account.
After we get all your information, you're one step closer to getting access to your Ling Pro
 account.
