How to enable/disable sounds in Ling app

In the Ling app, there are 3 types of sound settings that you can change or adjust.

  1. Sound Effects - This toggle allows you to turn sound effects on or off, such as the congratulatory tone that plays after you finish a lesson
  2. Autoplay Sound - This toggle allows you to enable the sound of the words or sentences that play automatically when a lesson starts. If you disable this setting, the sound of the words or sentences will not automatically play unless you click the audio button
  3. Voice Speed - This allows you to control the voice speed in lessons. You can choose anywhere between 0.5 (slowest) to 1.5 (fastest)
Some users prefer to play games in silent mode. In that's the case, follow these steps to enable/disable all sound effects: 
  • Open the Ling app
  • Open the Profile page
  • Tap the ⚙️ (gear) icon to open Settings
  • Tap the "Sounds" button
  • Enable/disable the Sound Effects and Autoplay Sound

 Follow the steps below if you want to change the voice speed to make it slower or faster:
 
      1. Open the Ling app
      2. Open the Profile page
      3. Tap the ⚙️ (gear) icon to open Settings
      4. Tap the the "Sounds" button
      5. Tap the "Voice Speed" button 
      6. Choose the speed, from the slowest level (0.5) to the fastest level (1.5)
